Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Casino Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Conditions
1.1. The Program allows participants (“Referrers”) to earn a commission for referring new players (“Referrals”) to the Casino.
1.2. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Casino’s General Terms & Conditions.
1.3. The Casino reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Referrers will receive 10% of the house edge on all eligible wagers made by their Referrals from Casino gameplay and 3% from the Sports betting.
2.2. Commissions are credited weekly on Fridays directly to the Referrer’s Casino balance.
3. Referrals
3.1. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer may invite.
3.2. Only valid new player accounts are eligible as Referrals. Existing accounts do not qualify.
3.3. In cases where duplicate or fraudulent accounts are detected, the Casino reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions.
3.4. If a player has inadvertently created duplicate accounts, they must contact Casino Support immediately to resolve the issue.
3.5. Each player is permitted only one (1) referral code reassignment during the entire lifetime of their account. To request a referral code change, the player must submit a request via Live Chat or Email to the Casino's Customer Support team.
3.6. Referral code reassignment requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days from the date of submission. The Casino reserves the right to approve or decline such requests at its sole discretion. Any subsequent requests for referral code changes after the one permitted reassignment will be automatically declined.
4. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
4.1. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program, including but not limited to self-referrals, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, or any fraudulent activity, will result in exclusion from the Program.
4.2. The Casino reserves the right to investigate all accounts and transactions and may request additional documentation for verification purposes.
4.3. In cases of confirmed abuse, all commissions earned may be forfeited, and accounts may be permanently closed.
5. Payments
5.1. Commission payments are made directly to the Referrer’s Casino account balance. Standard withdrawal procedures and requirements apply.
5.2. All commission payments are processed in the account’s default currency. Currency conversion rates may apply.
6. Rights & Liabilities
6.1. The Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion, without notice.
6.2. Participation in the Program does not create any form of partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Referrer and the Casino.
6.3. The Casino’s decision in all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding.
7. Governing Terms
7.1. In case of discrepancies, the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
7.2. The Program is subject to the Casino’s General Terms & Conditions, including responsible gambling policies.
