1. Eligibility
1.1. Open to registered Menace.com players who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and where such activity is permitted by law.
1.2. One account per person, household, IP address, and device. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Menace are not eligible.
1.3. Menace may require age and identity confirmation during verification.
2. What qualifies as a “win story”
2.1. A genuine Menace.com win recorded from your own account: screenshot or short screen recording showing the result and logo Menace.com clearly.
2.2. Content must be posted on Instagram (Feed or Stories) or X (Twitter). Accounts must be public at the time of review.
2.3. The post must include both:
- the mention @menacedotcom in X and @menacecom in Instagram, and the hashtags #menacedotcom and #bigmenacewin.
2.4. Do not tag unrelated people or brands. No fake, stolen, or heavily edited material.
3. How to participate
3.1. Publish your content and keep it live for the minimum period: Feed Post or Tweet — 48 hours; Story — 24 hours.
3.2. Within 72 hours from the win, submit to Support:
- link to the post or story,
- screenshot or video of the win,
- your Menace email on request.
3.3. Only one approved claim per game account per week. Multiple wins may be submitted in later weeks.
4. Rewards
4.1. Story reward: 3 USD credited to your Menace balance.
4.2. Post or Tweet reward: 5 USD credited to your Menace balance.
4.3. Follower boosts:
- accounts with more than 10,000 followers — reward is doubled;
4.4. Menace may request temporary access to account insights or additional screenshots to validate audience authenticity and engagement.
4.5. Payout timing: within 72 hours after verification. Rewards are non-withdrawable until any pending compliance checks are complete.
5. Content standards
5.1. Content must comply with platform rules and local laws, avoid offensive or illegal material, and respect privacy.
5.2. You may mask sensitive data. Do not share personal information of others.
5.3. Menace can request a repost if the content violates these standards.
6. Verification and anti-fraud
6.1. Menace verifies the win in backend logs and checks the post’s authenticity, tags, timing, and account quality.
6.2. Grounds for rejection or disqualification include: multiple accounts, automation, fake engagement, stolen media, edited or misleading results, mass tagging, or removing the content before the required period.
6.3. Rejected submissions receive a reason code; resubmission is allowed once the issue is fixed within the original 72-hour window.
7. Usage rights
7.1. By submitting, you grant Menace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, edit for format, and showcase your content across Menace channels with credit to your handle.
7.2. You retain ownership of your content.
8. Limits and changes
8.1. Menace may cap weekly budgets, pause, or amend the campaign at any time.
8.2. Rewards are subject to account standing and compliance review. Menace decisions are final.
9. Privacy
9.1. Menace processes your data to run the campaign and verify eligibility. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Public winner showcases may use masked IDs and handles.
